Bobby only use Wifi Protocol to connect to the database.

The Error #20001 means that there is no Wifi connection or no internet connection via Wifi. Please make sure to use a Wifi Router for downloading remotes.

We have been asked a lot about the 2-way communication. For the Pro-Consumers and Installers, we will support DLNA 1.5 and above with very cool features (this is a must for us) in version 2.0 of Bobby. We will only allow few devices that are very high end that don't have DLNA to use RS232. We are making sure the IR and UI is solid to helps us move forward into these areas.

Our objective is to make sure our pro-consumers, installers and dealers have something that really works and it's easy to use than some other systems.

When you upload any remote to our database to be shared with the rest of users, we will be notified and before we approve it we will look at the content and make sure it complies with our terms of use and privacy policy we have set on our website. If the content is deemed copyrighted we will remove it from our database. We are also working on giving few more extra features for uploading your remotes or settings to your own "Personal Folder" on our servers and many more features which we will update you.
