To extract the IR codes from downloaded CCF file you can use the Pronto Edit software:
1. download the ProntoEdit and open the downloaded CCF using the File->Open menu;
2. select any configuration in the displayed dialogue box;
3. select the panel (remote screen) from the left-hand side tree;
4. double click the remote control button to open its properties;
5. double click the IR item (gray box with RSS-style waves) in the list;
6. click the [View IR] button to see the IR code.
7. go to http://cremote.com/portal/mybobby and login using the same credentials as you signed up using Bobby. This is the web version of Bobby where editing remotes, IP cameras and Macros can be done the same way.
8. create a new remote or modify any remote and add the IR code to the button you like to use.
Thanks

We don't support iTach products yet. As soon as we do, we will let everyone know. We only support GC-100 products from Global Cache.

We now support multi-language for the interface. You can choose the language by selecting the menu at the TOP Right Corner "English by Zendesk".
We hope to have multi-language in the near future for the instructions that we have posted.
Thanks
